Cozy Autumn Beginner In-Person Cookie Decorating Class

Beginner Fall-Themed Cookie Decorating Class
In this beginner in-person cookie decorating class, I will teach you how to decorate 6 Fall-themed cookies using royal icing! No experience is necessary. All class supplies are included in the ticket price. At the end of class, you will go home with your 6 decorated sugar cookies, my royal icing recipe, an excellent cut-out cookie recipe, and lots of other useful cookie-decorating information!
Techniques taught in class will include:
How to cut disposable icing bags
How to outline and flood cookies using thick flood consistency icing
How to add royal icing details to decorated cookies
How to create definition on cookie designs using royal icing
How to create designs with wet-on-wet royal icing.
Tips and tricks for success while decorating cookies with royal icing
How to store royal icing and your cookies
The class is held on the second story of my home in my cookie classroom. You must be able to navigate a single flight of stairs to participate in the class!
This beginner cookie decorating class is geared towards those with little to no experience with royal icing cookies, but anyone is welcome to attend. Kids 10-15 are welcome to attend along with an accompanying, paying adult (two tickets must be purchased).
**A minimum of 6 people must be signed up for class for it to make! I will email you directions and further information once the class makes. Make sure that Victoria@littlepenelopescookieboutique.com is on your safe sender email list.
** No refunds will be given for class cancellations less than two weeks before the class. I reserve the right to cancel the class if the class does not make or if I am unable to teach the class due to illness. If I have to cancel the class, I will provide a refund.
